Meet Charlene.

I'm Charlene, a Psychotherapist & Mindfulness teacher. I'm also the founder of The Mindfulness Journey.

Growing up I was the dictionary definition of shy. I struggled with talking to pretty much anyone. Even the idea of striking up a convo with the guy I thought was cute would send me into a panic. I used to write out our pizza order before calling it in - and it was always the same order and not even a little complicated. (A couple of pepperoni and one half cheese/half mushroom). πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Now, since learning mindfulness...
